📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee payment processes and ensure timely disbursements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key EMKL logistics partners.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for the accounts payable department.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide support in financial audits and reconciliations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or vendor management.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
