📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform hair and scalp assessments to identify specific concerns and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Administer a variety of hair and scalp treatments, including but not limited to, scalp massages, hair masks, and specialized therapies.
• Recommend and apply hair care products to enhance the health and appearance of clients' hair.
• Collaborate with the SC Wellness team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair and scalp care through continuous education and training.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-cared for during their treatments.
• Document client treatments and progress, and communicate any concerns to the relevant team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hair & Scalp Therapist or similar role.
• Certification in hair and scalp care, such as a Diploma in Hairdressing or a relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in using advanced hair and scalp treatment equipment and products.
• Strong knowledge of scalp anatomy and the factors that affect hair health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow a structured treatment protocol.
