📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify compliance gaps to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.
• Design and optimize compliance frameworks using tools such as SAP GRC, Compliance Quest, or similar platforms.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities, including audits, assessments, and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of compliance requirements into business processes.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively address compliance challenges.
• Document and maintain comprehensive compliance records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role in a regulated industry.
• Certification in compliance management, such as CIPM (Certified in Risk and Information Management) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, ISO 27001, COBIT, and industry-specific regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks using relevant software tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
