As a Car Rental Operations Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our fleet operations. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with drivers, maintaining vehicle records using our in-house system, and ensuring that all rental vehicles are in top condition. You will also be responsible for customer service, handling reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise during the rental period.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate car rental operations across multiple locations in Bali.
- Maintain vehicle records and ensure all rental vehicles are in top condition.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of rental vehicles.
- Handle customer inquiries and reservations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to vehicle condition or rental process.
- Monitor and maintain the fleet's inventory and service schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in car rental operations or a related field.
- Proficient in using fleet management software such as Fleetio or similar.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations in Bali.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel frequently to different locations in Bali.
