📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of high-value commercial HVAC projects exceeding $20M.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Liaise with Johnson Controls' global teams to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC project management, with a proven track record of managing high-value projects.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability certifications is a plus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other project management software.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
