As a Field Coordinator, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring that all operational aspects run smoothly. You will work closely with our team of hotel managers, front desk staff, and other service providers to address any issues promptly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and oversee daily operations at partner hotels and resorts in Kuta.
Ensure timely and efficient service delivery, including housekeeping, maintenance, and event management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel managers, front desk staff, and other service providers.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
Address and resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and offers.
Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or tourism operations, preferably in a management or coordination role.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and event management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
