• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key procurement categories
• Negotiate contracts and supplier agreements to secure favorable terms

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on mining or industrial supplies
• Proven track record in managing complex supply chains and negotiating with suppliers
• Strong knowledge of SAP Procurement and other procurement software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
