As a Field Collection Agent, you will be responsible for visiting clients to collect payments, resolve any issues, and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to provide exceptional service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect payments and resolve any issues promptly
• Process transactions accurately using our in-house software, such as SAP and Oracle
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support
• Ensure timely collections by following up on overdue accounts
• Provide regular reports to the collections manager on the status of collections
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
• Promote the company's products and services to clients during visits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the media or information technology industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of SAP or Oracle is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel to various locations within Labuhan Batu and North Sumatra
