Net Market Berjaya is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and that all shipments are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and that all shipments are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.
Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as accuracy rates, cycle times, and inventory turnover.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.
Ensure that the warehouse is well-maintained and that all equipment is in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.
