📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage Workday projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.,Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.,Customize and configure Workday to meet the unique requirements of each client.,Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of the Workday system.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other enterprise systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and features, and recommend improvements to clients.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients and end-users on the use of Workday.,Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday implementation and customization.,Strong understanding of Workday's core modules, including Financial Management, Human Capital Management, and Student.,Experience working with a variety of industries and clients, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of enterprise system integration and data migration is a plus.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
