📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and areas for improvement,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management,Manage and supervise the work of junior accountants and finance staff,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus
