📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Supervise and mentor junior nurses and healthcare staff.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.,Promote a safe and positive work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Experience in managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals is preferred.
