📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet the specific needs of each department.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
