Wilby Estate International is seeking a dedicated Security Officer cum Concierge to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the security of the premises, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property.,Provide exceptional concierge services, including check-in/check-out assistance, guest inquiries, and local recommendations.,Conduct regular patrols and inspections to prevent and detect any security threats or issues.,Maintain communication with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.,Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.,Assist with event coordination and guest transportation as required.,Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the hospitality services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or concierge roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations in Bali.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for guest transportation.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,Previous experience working in a similar role at a luxury property is a plus.
