📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a section within the company, ensuring smooth operations and high performance standards.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the section, including staffing, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Monitoring and reporting on section performance metrics.
