PRIMA Indonesia is looking for a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, including month-end closing, year-end closing, and audits.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Monitor and manage cash flow, including bank reconciliations and cash management.,Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, accountants, and other financial professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Leadership and team management experience.
