PT Kreasi Raya is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production techniques and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Maintain and update production schedules and reports.,Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.,Conduct regular equipment maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Strong knowledge of production techniques and processes.,Familiarity with production software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
