📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multimedia production and distribution teams
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure content meets quality standards
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance skills and knowledge
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal use and allocation
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in multimedia production and operations
• Proven track record of success in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of multimedia production tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer
• Experience with multimedia project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or CAPM, is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
