Sentosa Beverage is seeking a Lead IT Support to manage and oversee the IT infrastructure and support services within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a proven track record of managing IT teams. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing excellent support to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the IT support team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver excellent service.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and security.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Conduct regular training sessions for the IT support team to keep them updated with the latest technologies and best practices.,Ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards.,Handle and resolve escalated IT issues, providing solutions that minimize downtime and impact on business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.,Proven experience in managing IT teams and projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
