📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the store.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
