📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to promote products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
