The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, and conducting various training programs for our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and organizing of training programs and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees.,Develop and maintain training materials and resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training needs are met.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers.,Support the HR team in the implementation of the company's training and development policies.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in training and development (optional for recent graduates).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to adapt to changing training needs and requirements.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
