📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including guest lists, seating arrangements, and event logistics.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all event details are executed smoothly and according to plan.,Assist in setting up and breaking down event venues, ensuring that all equipment and decorations are in place.,Help with the preparation of food and beverages, ensuring that all items are served promptly and to the satisfaction of guests.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction.,Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the events industry.,Perform other duties as assigned by the event manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the events industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
