📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate with managers to understand employee needs and ensure that HR policies and procedures are being followed.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Assist in the organization and execution of employee training and development activities.,Handle employee relations issues, including discipline, grievances, and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is a plus.
