You will work closely with our team of hotel managers, front desk staff, and other service providers to address any issues promptly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations at partner hotels and resorts in Kuta.
• Ensure timely and efficient service delivery, including housekeeping, maintenance, and event management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel managers, front desk staff, and other service providers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and offers.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or tourism operations, preferably in a management or coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and event management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
