📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Uphold and enforce restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, using POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• Assist in the preparation of food and beverages when necessary, ensuring high standards of food presentation.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even during peak hours and busy periods.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Provide feedback to the management on guest satisfaction and service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end dining environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and polite demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid food handling certificate and certification in basic food safety (e.g., ServSafe).
