• Crafting and serving premium cocktails and coffee with precision and creativity.
• Ensuring a well-stocked bar with high-quality ingredients and supplies.
• Providing exceptional customer service, engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in mixology and coffee brewing.
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender/Barista in a high-volume bar or café setting.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and coffee brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in using bar equipment and coffee machines.
• Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
