📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules and activities.,Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any production issues.,Maintain accurate records of production data and reports.,Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and goals.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Support the Production Manager in implementing new production technologies and methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.,Understanding of safety regulations and practices.,Proficiency in using computer software for production planning and data analysis.
