📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the department meets its goals and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve department performance and efficiency.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department and ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and analyzing department performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensuring the department complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Representing the department at meetings and events as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.
