📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head waiter in managing the dining area, including seating guests and ensuring a clean and organized environment.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently from guests.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly.,Assist in restocking and preparing food and beverage stations as needed.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
