📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Team Leader in managing and leading a team of professionals.
• Support the implementation of team goals and objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee team projects and tasks.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
• Assist in the resolution of team conflicts and issues.
• Support the Team Leader in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of team dynamics and leadership principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using office software and project management tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in a similar role in a multinational company is a plus.
