📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Create and distribute training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's learning management system.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in various projects and initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
