Depot Putri Medical Center is looking for an experienced Assistant HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including scheduling interviews, preparing job descriptions, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packets and coordinating orientation sessions.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including processing claims, updating benefit plans, and coordinating with benefit providers.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, including conducting training sessions and providing guidance to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making within the organization.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
