Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the business,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with budgetary targets,Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement relevant changes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources,Experience in team management and employee development,Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
