Personal Trainer (Contract) - Internal Gym Operations

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver personalized workout programs for employees.
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor progress to ensure optimal results.
• Educate employees on proper exercise techniques and safety protocols.
• Use advanced fitness tools and software to track and analyze employee progress.
• Promote a positive and motivating gym environment.
• Collaborate with the HR department to integrate fitness programs with company wellness initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and best practices.
• Participate in team-building activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer or similar role.
• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, or ACSM).
• Knowledge of fitness assessment tools and software (e.g., FitStar, FitPro).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with mining industry health and safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
