📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver coffee products to cafes, hotels, and coffee shops using electric and traditional bicycles.
• Manage and maintain inventory to ensure products are always fresh and available.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Navigate Bali’s scenic routes, maintaining a safe and efficient riding schedule.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining coffee displays at partner locations.
• Report on delivery status and inventory levels to the operations team.
• Promote Janji Jiwa products and engage with customers to build brand loyalty.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the delivery operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery or sales roles, preferably in the coffee industry.
• Familiarity with electric and traditional bicycles, including basic maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Bali’s geography and local routes.
• Valid driver’s license (preferably for motorbike or bicycle).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Passion for coffee and commitment to excellent customer service.
