📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing logistics operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
