HR & Accounting Assistant - Dynamic Role in Bali

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will also be involved in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Process payroll using QuickBooks and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management team.
• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and conducting initial interviews.
• Support the HR department in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance department, including data entry and scheduling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and Accounting roles.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
