📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage product listings and inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
• Process orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Design and optimize product images and banners using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Create and manage social media content to promote products and engage with customers.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve product listings and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies and best practices.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce administration or digital design.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative and able to produce high-quality visual content.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
